Jobus is a free service operated by BytesRaw that helps job seekers and employers find each other. By using Jobus you agree to these terms.
Jobus is a meeting place
Jobus is not an employer, a recruitment agent or a party to any work agreement. Workers and employers agree on the work, pay and conditions directly, and are responsible for them and for following the law, including minimum wage and labour laws.
Free for everyone
Jobus does not charge job seekers. Nobody may ask a job seeker for money to get a job through Jobus (registration fees, deposits, training fees or similar). Doing so gets the account removed.
Your responsibilities
- You must be 18 or older and use your own phone number.
- Post only real jobs and true information about yourself.
- Be respectful. No harassment, discrimination, spam or illegal work.
- Do not post jobs involving children, unsafe work without protection, or anything illegal.
Moderation
We may hide or remove posts and accounts that break these terms, especially after reports from other members. Report problems from any chat with the "Report" option.
No guarantee
We work hard to keep Jobus safe, but we cannot check every member or job. Meet in safe places, agree on pay before starting, and never pay to get a job. Jobus is provided "as is" and BytesRaw is not liable for agreements between members.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app about important changes.
